We still have a few weeks before Guy Fieri Food hits bookstore shelves everywhere, but here at The Secret Ingredient, we’re already gearing up for this publishing event. Why are we so excited, you ask? Well, this is the first-ever cookbook to feature Guy’s personal recipes and stories, and I have to say (and not just because I helped out with this on the editorial side!) that it’s awesome—over four hundred pages of gorgeous food photography, amazing illustrations from Guy’s tattoo artist, stories from Guy’s family and friends (and Guy himself, of course!), and neat features like kitchen tips and “Guy’ds” to pork, poultry, seafood, peppers and more! Not to mention the incredible variety of recipes. I personally can’t wait to try Guy’s Kale with Roasted Beets and Bacon, Linguini with Clams, and S’more Pizza. Yum!
